Shipping:

RainbowBestDeal is committed to making sure that we use the safest and most reliable shipping method available.

Shipping time is typically 1-2 weeks for most brands. Some brands, and some models, are considered “Special Order” by the manufacturer, meaning they are custom made or made-to-order. Shipping times for these will vary, from 2-12 weeks, depending on the product and manufacturer. Shipping to remote locations may cause a delivery delay of 3-5 days.

Every product and supplier on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to make sure that you get an optimal shipping experience.

When your order gets shipped, we will notify you via email. Included in the email, will be the carrier name and your tracking number. We encourage you to call the carrier directly to arrange for your delivery. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier may contact you to schedule delivery date. You may go to the freight carrier’s website to track your shipment.

If you are purchasing multiple items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different days. We will email you all the tracking associated with your shipment.

We ship our products within US only.


What to do upon delivery:

Please make sure you inspect your items before you sign the delivery receipt. Please make sure all the items that you ordered are correct and all pieces are accounted for. If a box is missing, you may accept the delivered pieces, notate on the driver’s receipt that there is a shortage of items and send us a claim via contact us page of our website. We will make sure that your missing item(s) are delivered to you promptly and free of charge.

If your order arrives damaged, you may choose to refuse the delivery. If you choose to do so, you must write on the delivery receipt “refused due to damage”. If only part of an item or part of your order is damaged, you may accept the order and must notate on the delivery receipt "refused piece(s) due to damage". We will make sure that a replacement to your damaged item(s) is promptly sent to you free of charge.

Once you have signed the delivery receipt with a notation of damage or missing items, please make sure to ask the delivery agent for a copy of the receipt. If you discover damages after the delivery is complete, and it is within 24 hours, please reach out to us via contact us page of our website explaining the situation and attach relevant pictures of the damaged items if possible.
